Hi I suffered a bad neck injury in November of 2015 whiplash from pulling too many shopping carts at once a month later I developed severe headaches daily then in April of 2016 my right eye went blurred very suddenly and i later discovered that I had double vision nearsighted i developed brain fog as a result of the blurriness and suffered dizziness all of my summer in 2016 then i went to chiropractor who helped with neck in sept 2016 and physical therapy in jan 2017 to March 2017 in the meantime in nov 2016 i had mri done which showed disc herniation at c5 and c6 but nothing on brain mri or mra emg test came back negative as well I have seen opthamaoligst who speicalizes in the muscles who said i had convergenece insufficieny and a lazy left eye but no explanation was given i have 20/20 visual acuity and all structures of eye appeared normal my head sclap is sensitive to touch in back and heaches radiate from side to the front of forehead any help would be appreciated
