General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The treatment of your condition will depend on the cause of your sympotoms.Your symptoms point towards a sepsis to investigate.
Possible causes may include:
-Digestive bacteria, viral or parasitic infection
-Gastritis
-Typhoid
-Malaria....
Tests that may help identify the cause may include: Full blood count, ESR, malaria test, stool exam/culture, H pylori test.
I will advise you see the Doctor for examination. In the mean time, you may try the following:
*Take an anti-emetic like vogalene
*A pain/anti-pyretic drug like paracetamol
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
