Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fatigue And Fever

Since Tuesday I ate pork roast dinner and later that night I started feeling nauseous. I slept through the night and when I went to work the next morning I vomited a little bit of the meal. Afterwards, I started feeling achy all over like I had the flu. I came home early from work on Wednesday around noon and went to sleep where I started running a low grade fever which accompanied sweats and chills. Fast forward today, I started to diarrhea and I was able to replenish my fluids. All the meantime I have this burning nagging pain in the center of my stomach. Antacids do help relieve it but it comes back afterwhile. Also, there has been multiple people around me who have been sick with the flu and cold. What can I do to relieve this nagging pain the center of my stomach? I'm currently not running a fever and still able to hold down liquids but little appetite.

Looking to the history given here, chances of viral infection would be likely, have complete bed rest for few days, have light diet, drink more water, be cool and clamp, no stress, every thing would be fine soon, if it is high grade fever then this can be managed with "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" hope this information helps, take care, have nice time.
