Suggest Treatment For Nausea, Fainting And Numbness In Limbs

Hi, I have had a few attacks that start out with feeling faint than nauseous and need to sit or lay down followed by an all over hot feeling than excessive sweating, numbness of all limbs and feel my heart beating strong in my head. I had this happen at work recently and our nurse thought I was having an anaphylactic attack. She took my blood pressure 90/60 and my pulse was 110. She gave me benedryl and I stabilized in about 20 minutes. But my concern is that this was not my first attack like this only the first one to happen at work. I used to be woke up at night with these attacks but they only last from 3-7 minutes at a time. I even went to the ER after a bad one and they did an EKG, bloodwork etc and found nothing wrong.

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be hysteria and not the pathological condition at the most hypoglycemia can be ruled out, second if you have not done the CT brain then this is also necessary, to rule out cerebral pathology, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something else would have been thought, have a nice day.
