Suggest treatment for nausea and extreme fatigue

Hi, I have currently been experiencing non stop nausea and extreme fatigue. I recently went to the doctor last Friday and found out I had cysts on my ovaries. I'm supposed to get an ultrasound on Dec 1. Ever since my last Dr appt I've been feeling this way. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
