Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Dizziness After Hitting Head

I fell hard and hit my head yesterday, ever since im feeling a little out of it and getting very dizzy/light-headed when a look down or if I'm laying down or even getting up from laying down. Also, I've been getting a little nauseous throughout the day as well.

If you're having ongoing symptoms of nausea, vomiting, feeling tired, or headaches become severe, you become sensitive to light then, you should go the ER and get checked out. Otherwise, you likely suffered a mild concussion and will improve with rest and some OTC for the headache but DON'T OVERDO the medications otherwise, your headaches can get worse!
