Suggest Treatment For Nappy Rash

Dear Sir, My son is 9 months old. He got diarrhea and with that it developed a nappy rash. The rash is so red that his bums became red and skin peeled off. I could even see some small drops of blood in that rash. We used proctoguard but no help. We went a PED and he suggested to use Elica M cream twice a day. He is not able to sit, stand , sleep with the pain. Please help.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I understand your concern. Try not to wipe the bottom while cleansing and just mop in with soft cloth. You can use Siloderm ointment or can apply any coconut oil or some lubricant over it. But be assured that it will settle in due time. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
