Suggest Treatment For Mycosis Stains On Testicles

Hello, I am 48 and since several years and I have a small mycosis stains on both sides of my testicles, namely, where the inner part of the thighs and the testicles touch. The stains are abt 3x3cm large on both sides. Sometimes they get larger, at lest I feel so. Sometimes they itch unbearably and sometimes I dont feel anything for days. Is there some natural remedy or do I have to consult dermatologist and get some chemical medicine? Thank you.

Hi.
For the fungal infection in the area between the scrotum and the thighs needs a proper treatment under the Dermatologist's guidance.
You need to check your blood sugar to rule out diabetes.
There are no natural remedies.
In addition, keep the area clean with plain water, keep dry, avoid hot and humid places, loose clothings and well ventilation.
