Yes, I am having significant mucle tightness in my lower back, and shoulders. I have been going to chiropractors, to a muss age therapist and even to an acCupunturist but I can only get short term relief? is this some type of disease or am I nutritionally deficient for some reason?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I think if you are having severe muscle spasm and difficulty in walking then I would recommend you to get a x ray of the spine to see if there is any bony abnormality. If x ray is normal then I would recommend you to meet a spine specialist and learn exercises from him. I would not recommend you to meet a acupuncturist or chiropractor as these people are not qualified to deal with this. It is always better to show it to medically qualified person. I would also recommend you to start hot water fomentation, muscle relaxant and traction physiotherapy.
