Suggest Treatment For Muscle Spasms In Lower Back Area

my 16 year old is having muscle spasms in her lower back and between her shoulder blades. she went to her doctor today and they prescribed methocarbamol 750 mg. i have a heating pad on her and she is lying down, but we can t ease the spasms. can i give her cyclobenzaprine 5 mg that she has from stomach spasms from a previous issue?

Hi, Chlorxoxazone tablet will effectively relieve the muscle spasm. A combination with paracetamol is available in the name of myospaz. Give adequate rest for 12 hours with hot fomentation with a water bag. Also local application of diclofenac gel after fomentation will relieve pain .
