Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps On Shoulders And Neck

I am having real bad muscle cramps in my right shoulder and neck. I have had two shoulder surgeries and 3 nerve blocks. Also I can not rest at night with this pain. Sometime I take a pain killer ( Norco ). I am trying a muscle relaxant call ( Methocarbamol 750 mg, Tizanidine HCL 4 . ) I am still hurting real bad and need some rest. The spasms just keep coming. Please help me. Gloria

I suggest you to make physiotherapy maybe it will help you and take supplements with Magnesium. If pain persist consult with your doctor.
