Suggest Treatment For Multiple Painful Sores On The Body

I have had sores on my left arm, left boob and parts of my left leg for about 8 months. They will not heal and are very painful. Not itchy. I have been on several antibiotics, been presribed many topical creams and nothing has worked. They bleed or ooz clear liquid. I am so scared and do not know what to do. Today I noticed a sore between my lower back where the crack starts but not by the anus. It drains clear fluid and I can not sit on it.

The possibility is that you might be having furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them A short course of systemic antibiotics will also help. You need to be evaluated to rule out diabetes as diabetic persons are predisposed to recurrent furunculosis. Regards.
