It is known to cause renal failure and your symptoms may be due to multiple myeloma itself or due to complications. Treatment depends on stage of disease. Revlimid and dexamethasone is the treatment of choice for newly detected cases. Bortuzomib can be given along with dexamethasone in some cases. Consult your oncologist and take treatment accordingly.
