Suggest Treatment For Multiple Myeloma And Renal Failure

What would or could cause a 54 yr old man with multiple mialoma,renal failure and heart valve damage to have sudden intense internal body heat? Like a female hot flash,soaking his clothes,feeling like he can t breathe but his oxygen level is fine and his heart rate is steady.He s got a cardiologist,nephrologist and an onocologist.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have multiple myeloma. It is known to cause renal failure and your symptoms may be due to multiple myeloma itself or due to complications. Treatment depends on stage of disease. Revlimid and dexamethasone is the treatment of choice for newly detected cases. Bortuzomib can be given along with dexamethasone in some cases. Consult your oncologist and take treatment accordingly.
