General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

PCI is a better option. It is less invasive, less complicated and causes less brunt of body.

He should experience lifestyle modifications and dietary modifications.

If we take life expectancy to be 80 years, if there is reblock of coronaries in the future, the option of CABG remains open.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
