Suggest Treatment For Multifunctional Motor Neuron Disorder

Hi , I am writing on behalf of my father, who has currently been diagnosed with Multifunctional Motor Neuron disorder as suggested in the EMG report. He is facing a little difficulty in some of the daily tasks like , writing or signing, buttoning unbuttoning his shirt etc. He has proper sensation in his fingers, however, cannot perform the daily activities as described above. He faced this problem earlier too, may be 3-4 times , but after around 6-7 days,it would subside and he could do things normally. We visited a Neurophyshician , he suggested to take some injections of immunoglobulin. But this too , he said would be temporary and that the disorder might recur. We donot understand , how this disorder, used to subside earlier. Are there any chances of the same happening now ? He is facing this issue since almost a month now. Any help will be highly appreciated !
