You have not mentioned the complaints for which the tests were done. Most commonly lymphocytosis occurs in viral infections but could also occur in chronic infections like tuberculosis. The treatment depends upon the cause which can be determined only after considering the clinical symptoms. Viral infections resolve on their own in a week or so and require medicines only for symptomatic relief.
