Suggest Treatment For Mild Chronic Gastritis

Hi I have been diagnosed with mild chronic gastritis and reflux oesophagitis. I have been having really bad pains in my upper abdomen which radiate to my back and now have a feeling like food is stuck in my throat/oesophagus. Even when I swallow I can feel it. Then it gets to my chest area and burns. I have no appetite and when I eat it hurts, I get hiccups and burp and I get a pain in the stomach straight away and have to go to the toilet within 20 minutes of eating. Also my faeces smell toxic and are a weird consistency as I usually suffer from constipation. Could this be a bug? or acid issue? Or do you think it is dypespia or just indigestion? I need help please I can t sleep and it s ruining my everyday life. Thanks Paige
