General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
i appreciate your concern
migraine with chest tightness and short breaths are a matter of concern here
please visit to a cardiologist for echocardiography and TMT or if required angiography pain radiating to the left arm might be an indicative of serious cardiac condition

meanwhile have tab acetaminophen for pain relief
deep breathing in a open space

For lower backache streching exercises and regular medicines as advised by your doctor
Hope i have answered your question
thanks
wish you good health
