General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

From your history I could say your headache might be a outcome of fluctuations in BP.
Early warning signs of hypertensive crisis includes, severe headache, Defective vision, difficulty in breathing, palpitations etc.
I advice you,
- to do regular exercises  & be stress free
- Healthy diet with salt restriction
- Avoid smoking, alcohol & fatty diet & exposure to light, noise etc
- Consult your doctor for antihypertensive medications & regular BP checkup
- Eye examination by an ophthalmologist
-To take Analgesics like Naproxen& Triptans

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
