You have correct guessing. Psychological stress to mother can lead to several
pregnancy complications like pre turm delivery, possibility of
diabetes,
high blood pressure in child in his adult age.
You are also trying to avoid crying by yourself. Good. Still you find it difficult to control your emotions many a times and are worried for your child.
You can get help from an expert for changing your focus of thought- it has to be child & not the blunt response from your husband.
Use concentration techniques,(
meditation),
guided imagery, yoga exercises,positive self talk & positive thinking.A good psychological support from your near friends will help.
Be careful about your health in pregnancy. have nourishing food, exercises,good sleep ( by Yoganidra) along with things.
Remember, love of a healthy new born will dissolve all the mis understandings & you will reunite with your husband. Cheer up !
