Suggest Treatment For Memory Issues And Vaginal Incontinence For An 88-year-old

My 88 yrold grandmother who is blind and using a walker & and memory issues has been wearing Depends. For viginal incontinence for one year . About 6 months ago she started pooping once a month in her depends currently she is doing it weekly / 2 -3 times a week.
