Suggest Treatment For Marrow Edema In Sacral Fragment On MRI Spine

I have a copy of my MRI of the lower spine report. The doctor who read my film states that their is low signal intensity T1 and increased signal intensity T2 and inversion recovery signal abnormality in the fourth sacral fragment. This was not included on the previous examination. After gadolinium administration, there was no enhancement of this area. Bone marrow replacement is however a consideration and to follow up with a bone scan is recommend. And that there is marrow edema present in the fourth sacral fragment.
