Suggest Treatment For Twisted Knee.
My knee got twisted due to slip, in MRI it s detected .l am 59 years young man. Defused edema / partial tear at cal.Grade 3 tear at body and posterior horn of medial meniscus Osteoarthritis left knee with joint effusion. Marrow edema at lateral tibial condyle.Partial tear at medial collateral ligament. Please advise me proper treatment. Weather I should go for surgery or for medical treatment and physiotherapy.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here I would advise you to get done the surgery, and for that you need to discuss this with orthopedic surgeon, till then NSIAD can be used and best drug is "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day hope this information helps.
