Suggest Treatment For Lump Above The Left Eye

Hi. About 14hours ago I got elbowed above the left eye. At the time I was playing basketball and was a bit dizzy straight after and forgot which way our team was going. I even found myself on stupid parts of the court standing next to team mates and not the opposing team. This wore off pretty fast but I ve had a lump there since. The lump isn t too big. By about 7pm (4hours after) my eyes started stinging and I was really tired. Didn t make sense as I had a pretty easy weekend. Should I be getting checked or do you think I ll be fine since it s been awhile?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This swelling or lump above the left could due to sudden blunt hit leading to blister formation.

But it needs to get inspected at least once to confirm the diagnosis.

You can take analgesic like diclofenac with serratiopeptidase combination with antihistamines for symptommatic relief.

Apply warm compression over the lump.

Consult some local doctor or GP who will investigate it and provide appropriate treatment.

Regards,
