Suggest Treatment For Lower Pelvic Pain

I have various problems with my spine... stenosis, Parr s Defect L3-L5, no disk between L4 and L5. I have recently been having pain across my lower front pelvis. I have figured this was related to my back, because of the similar pain that I have. Is this possible, or do I need to seek other help. ED has recently become very consistent.
