I am having lower back pain when sitting or trying to get up. It doesn t hurt why lying down or after I have been up a minute or so and get stretched out. Someone thought it could be kidney related or maybe a bladder infection.. Also, I am taking ibuprofen. Wondering if it would be helpful to put ice or heat on it? I am a 54 yr old male. Work in a factory on my feet a lot on concrete floors.
