Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain

I have been having lower back pain for about two weeks, which makes it difficult to walk or sit, or anything remotely physical. I have noticed that, in the last few days, a penile excretion. I have not had sex in these two weeks, and have not been exposed to any STIs. I think there may be a link to dehydration. Thanks.

Hi,
Looking to the history it seems that your problem might be due to having some urinary tract infection.
Go for routine and microscopic urine check up.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile take diclophenec, paracetamol combination medicine as needed.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
