Suggest treatment for lower back pain

For 3 days, I ve had back pain on the lower left side and a stinging sensation when urinating. Urine in clear and I do not have a fever. I ve had kidney stones and the pain is similar but not nearly as severe. Should I be concerned about a possible UTI or bladder infection? Am I possibly passing a small stone?

Well the lower sided left abdominal pain with problems in urination and past history of kidney stones.the nature of pain seems to be from the urinary tract.
It is more likely that you might have again got some bugs in the your urinary system.
You should do an ultrasound abdomen and some blood test to detect the problems.
The earlier you do the a tion the better ow would be.
See you in good health
Thanks
