Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Numbness In Legs

Hello, I am a teacher and I was physically attacked by one of my students who repeatedly punched and hit my back, chest and legs. I am experience a lot of low back pain, as well as tenderness in my stomach. This morning I woke up and started experiencing numbness and tingling in my leg.

These symptoms are suggestive of compressive neuropathy due to herniated disc in spine or vertebral degeneration. So you need to do MRI scan first to rule this out and then start with physical therapy and in severe cases surgery may be the only option.
