Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Right Sided Pain

I am currently expierencing lower back and right side pain. Mimicking kidney stone pain..however no sharp pain like described in kidney stone symptoms. Started about 2 weeks ago, very suttle. At first felt like very severe menstrual cramps with some pain in left lower back. Got worse and now centered in lower back center and sometimes right side hurts also and with suttle menstrual like cramps. the other symptom I am concerned about is I have had chronic stomach bloating for months now. On occasion it will swell, but now seems to be more frequent. I try sleeping on my stomach to get bloating out, but lately it has not helped. Feels like I am sleeping balloon. Do you feel these issues are related?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I had gone through your question diligently and I can understand your concern very well.

stomach bloating and mild pain can be related to gastrointestinal disease
So I would advise you to watch your diet and avoid use of carbonated drinks, smoking and alcohol.
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
You should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids for 5.to 7 days.

Low back ache can be caused by musculoskeletal disorder due to muscle spasm or faulty posture and gait.
you can take painkiller like ibuprofen for a pain relief

If it doesn't subside than you should see your nearest doctor for physical evaluation and further course of action.
Thanks for your question
