Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain

Dear Doctor - My wife, Age 36, with 2 children, both c-section - is having lower abdominal pain in a specific point on her left side. We ve checked with gastro (as she has GERD2 and mild H. Hernia) and gyane. She had ultrasound Whole abdomen and Urine RME. Urine RME says - Epithelial cells: 2-3 and Pus cells - 1-2. All else normal. Today morning she had severe pain again. Please advise.
