Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Lightheadedness

I am 20, about 6 weeks pregnant. I have bad lower abdominal pain (comes and goes randomly throughout the day but made worse during and after sex), right side sharp pain once in awhile, lower back deep pressure, dizzy/lightheadedness .also just as a side note. I was on lexipro and xanax before being pregnant but took myself off since I found out and didn t want any risks of hurting the baby

Hi, I think you should avoid having sex for at least 3 months of pregnancy. Start taking some progesterone for supporting pregnancy. If you have severe pain and bleeding also, meet your doctor. Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other query, I will be happy to help.
