Hello and welcome to HCM,
At a low sperm count of 10 million/ml, the chances of natural conception is low.
Conception will require assisted reproductive techniques (ART).
With ART, the presence of diseases like hypothyroidism, PCOD and endometrial polyp will not interfere.
With ART, conception takes place outside body under controlled conditions.
However, it seems that the pregnancy could not continue despite ART.
Common causes of failed conception is chromosomal disorders of fetus, presence of antiphospholipid antibody (APLA) in the mother, etc.
Thus, I suggest you to get antiphospholipid profile of your wife to check presence or absence of APLA.
If any abnormality is detected, it can be manged before planning next pregnancy.

Thanks and take care
