Hello,

As your query is about the treatment for low blood pressure I would like to give my comments.

Low blood pressure might seem desirable for most of the people suffering from Hypertension.

Low blood pressure causes no problems. However, only for some people, abnormally low blood pressure (hypotension) can cause dizziness, fainting, Blurred vision, Nausea, Fatigue, and Lack of concentration.

In severe cases, low blood pressure can be life-threatening.

A blood pressure reading lower than 90 mmHg (Normal 120 mm Hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg (Normal 80 mm Hg)for the bottom number (diastolic) is generally considered low blood pressure.

Here mm Hg stands for millimeters of mercury.

The causes of low blood pressure can range from dehydration to serious medical or surgical disorders. So, it's important to find out what's causing your low blood pressure so that it can be treated by us.

If any of the above falls into your list please let me know so I can advise you correctly.

Since your blood pressure or diastolic is around 59 you may suspect some symptoms but the systolic is still on a higher side so for confirming you are suffering from Hypotension, I need some more details about the past medical history.

I would advise you to get checked physically with a cardiologist, as you might need some special clinical tests to be done to clear your doubts about hypotension.

Till then it is difficult to come to conclusion. Post your cardiac assessment it will be easy to take the required measures to get your blood pressure levels to normal and reduce the symptoms.

Also, if you are under any medication, there is a possibility of low blood pressure, but get your heart physically checked by some diagnostic procedures to rule out the exact cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
