Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Balance Caused By Ear Fullness
Hi. I have constant fullnes in my ear. I have balance problems sometimes. I can't function normally becaus emy left ear feels so compromised. Sometimes I have sever pain. Redness and burning. I am fatigued and depressed by the symptoms. My TMJ surgeon says it is because of nerve issues. I constantly want to go to the emergency room to get checked out.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of loss of balance caused by ear fullness which could be due to ear infection, fluid build up and Meniere's disease.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to apply warm compressors on ear. You should take oral broad spectrum antibiotics to treat the infection. Put anti-inflammatory ear drops. Avoid pricking ear with any sharp object. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. You should go for otoscopic examination and audimetry test and start treatment accordingly. Maintain complete hygiene of ear canal.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
