hello,I understand the situation. As you said for toothache she tried some remedies which included some painkillers. The reason for loose motions most likely can be due to consumption of contaminated food which contains toxins of microorganisms.Hope she is not having the tooth ache now.It would be better if you would have mentioned how frequent she has to use the washroom due to loose motions.Considering her into a serious condition,as she is not able to retain anything that eats and drinks.
Most importantly keep a record of her bloood pressure,(if you have access to blood pressure measuring instrument)because due to loss of fluids there is chance that it might result in hypotension. Also if she is not able to eat or drink anything ,oral medicines will not be useful here. But I would advise some medicine which can be helpful till you go to the hospital and let a doctor check her condition.

hope these are available easily in your place;(this is for jus 1 day till you visit the doctor)
1)Tab Metrogyl 400 mg-it should be taken 3 times a day

or

2)Tab Norflox-TZ - 2 times a day

If she is able to have these oral medicines then give her as soon as you can, till you take her to a doctor and let him or her examine her properly and if need, they will give her intravenous infusions of medicines which will help to improve her condition faster. Also give all the details regarding what other medicines she has taken for tooth ache and also for loose motion till you visited doctor.Further treatment should be continued as per the doctor's suggestion.Hope this helps her to get back to normal soon.
