General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The increase in fatigue may be due to different possible causes such as an acute infection, anemia, thyroid disease, side effect of medication, changes in blood pressure or blood sugar. You would need to be assessed to determine the cause, in addition to physical examination, blood tests may be needed as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James, General & Family Physician
