Hi welcome to HCM.
These symptoms largely point to low blood pressure or hypotension.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out any organic heart disease contributing to hypotension.Hydrate yourself adequately with 3-4 liters of water/day.Reduce the walking distance to 1.5 miles/day.Drugs like midodrine and fludrocortisone will help to increase the blood pressure to normal limits.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you.
