Suggest Treatment For Light Headedness, Nausea, Blurred Vision, shakiness And Extreme Sweating
yes thank you. I am looking for a dr to see my husband. he has been having symptoms I think are similar to early stage diabetes and he saw a family practionioner who told him to see a hemotologist since his platelets are extremely low but have been all his life. His new symptoms are light headedness, nausea, blurred vision and shakiness along with heavy sweating. Should we start with a hemotologist or would an endocrinologist be a better option?
These all symptoms can point towards uncontrolled diabetes. It will require some investigations to reach to the clue about what is happening.
I would recommend you to get a HbA1c test and see and endocrinologist. Once this thing is sorted out, you can go to a hemotologist for an opinion about low platelets. Some people can have low platelets and remain asymptomatic throughout their life.
