Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

The pain is likely growing pains which are harmless leg pains towards evening, and relieved by massage or simple analgesics. To comment on her appetite, I need to know her present height and weight. If these are normal, no much worries; otherwise we need to look for causes like anemia or food faddism.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
