Hi,

When repeated pregnancy tests are -ve, mostly it's the absence of pregnancy, &the symptoms are due to hormonal imbalance secondary to PCOD.

Still to get a full proof result blood Hech testing or USG scanning of the pelvis should be done.

Head seems to be die to mood variation /psychological stress caused by the symptoms. In case of -ve pregnancy, movements in the abdomen area due to associated digestive disturbances &le of gaseous movements in the abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
