Suggest Treatment For Left Testicle Pain

I've had pain over my left testicle for about a year now. It happened last summer where I was hit in the testicles twice in one week and then a week or so longer I was "blue balled" for a few days and then had a very painful night emission. I've seen an urologist and he said that I was completely fine, but the discomfort has continued. Any ideas?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history suggest there could be some haematoma formation in the testis after the trauma caused in the past.
2.Other possible cause loss of blood supply to a part of testis and finally inflammatory cause.
3.In this case you should visit your GP and get it examined and request for an ultrasound scrotum.
4.Ultrasound will help in status of the testis, blood supply and any inflammatory changes.
5.Depending on findings one can treated accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
