Suggest Treatment For Left-sided Pain In Lower Back
For the past couple of days I have a sharp pain in my lower back on the left side of my spine. The pain is pronouced when I go to bed and I cannot lay on my stomach. If I lay on my back I make a fist and place it where the pain is until I fall asleep. Is this a muscle pain or something else? Thank you.
