Suggest Treatment For Left Knee Pain

I have developed pain in the back of my left knee. I am 78. Strong female, agile. We got a new toilet in our rental in Florida. Unbelievably low. I have think I strained my leg getting up. I can hardly put weight on it. My husband has a spinal cord injury, and I am his caretaker. I need answers. There is no discoloration, not much swelling. All the pain is in the back of the knee. I have been rendered not able to do my cutis.

As per your issue I have seen many people suffering the same. I suggest to use hot pack on your pain full area for 15 minutes and then apply some pain relieving ointment which ever you feel good. Along with this do only one exercise that is sitting in long sitting position with back supported with wall. Gently press your knee down and hold it for 5 seconds and relax. Here you can also keep a role of towel below your knee and practice the same again. You can also use hot pack and cold pack alternatively just remember to start with hot and end with hot.
Hope this must be useful for you. Take care.
