Chronic anemia, having to have blood transfusions & iron infusions. I have night sweats, that he blames on menopause. I m 56, I ve already gone through menopause. I m in severe pain, headaches, back, joints, muscles. I FEEL like I m 80. I can t work. I can barely cook & clean. Please help me. My Dr. is missing something. de

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your experience with large lump on the neck and groin chronic cough night sweat headache anaemia joint and muscle pain I strongly believe that you have developed a pulmonary tuberculosis with Lymphadenopathy

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
Sputum AFB
Mantoux test
Lymph node biopsy

Meanwhile please see a pulmonologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
