Suggest Treatment For Large Ovarian Cyst

I just found out that I have a cyst on my right ovary that measures around 11cm which is larger than my uterus! A few years ago I had the left ovary took out due to smaller cysts and endometriosis diagnosis. This one is much larger and they said it could be due to endometriosis or also could be a neoplasm. With a cyst this large is there good possibility that it could be cancerous?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. An ovarian cyst of 11 cm is to be properly investigated and treated. There are chances of malignancy as the cyst size increases. The ultrasound of the cyst for finding out its nature, vascularity, and septations inside should be done to assess whether it's benign or malignant condition. Further, MRI needs to be done in case of suspicion of malignancy.
Treatment is open surgery if suspicion of neoplasm is there.
