Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
Hope it may help
It is very unlikely to pass lactose intolerance to an infant if only parent is lactose intolerant. It Passes if both parents have the disease. The infant would have severe diarrhea since child birth if its inherited from parents with every type of milk intolerance from birth.
However if it is due to any other reason like prematurity the symptoms start appearing in teen years. If your kid lactose intolerant and showing symptoms at this early age it is very unlikely due to lactose intolerance.Plus the symptoms would be diarrhea not throwing up cottage cheese or curd milk.
I will be happy to know if it was helpful. You can approach us anytime with another query
