General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For any accidental injury, it is advisable to seek medical help as soon as possible. As the pain you are having is constant and needs a quick check by the doctor. So, the doctor will do a physical examination and if needed he might advise you some imaging tests which will help to see the extent of injury and involvement of structures in the back.

Looking at the test results he will be able to suggest you appropriate management plan for fast recovery and relief. For the pain you are having currently, ibuprofen can help. But make sure you see a doctor soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
