Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Libido And Enlarged Prostate

Due to thin urine flows I take silodal 8 medicine once in 3 days, this problem solved but no semen discharging and have no sex desire. My enlarged prostate size is (at present) 7.5 as per PSA test , my doctor has checked by putting his finger inside and doctor said no problem. Appreciate can you advice ? Thanks n rgds Kalleri

For more satisfaction and sexual pleasure while having sex i would like to suggest you to go for Oral sex and Foreplay first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.
