Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain
Good day , am 40 years old and i am a cyclist , last sunday & during the ride i felt a huge pain in my knee external side, it seems due of bad stretching or something like that , so now i am using profenid gel & taking Biprofenid 150 mg tablets and i am in rest without any sport . My questions is : how many days should i take the tablets and it is allowed to ride after 15 days , or should i have to do anything else ? Thank you

Also give hot fomentation along with all, use knee cap, and if not get rid of it in one week, get your X-rays done.
